2. Return Process

Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship the item securely in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size, color, or style (if available).
To start an exchange, contact us at support@icydora.com before sending the item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
