2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees — they are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.


5. Delivery Issues

Icydora is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions

Some jewelry items containing specific materials (e.g., certain metals or stones) may have import restrictions in specific countries.
If we cannot ship to your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


7. Pre-Orders & Custom Items

  • Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated delivery date shown on the product page.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry requires additional processing time (typically 7–14 business days).
    You’ll receive updates as your piece is crafted and shipped.
